In 1991, working part time with my older brother as his helper cleaning carpets, I realized I could support myself in this industry. I really enjoyed meeting new and interesting people and providing a service that I could put a smile on the customers face with immediate results.
I then began working as a sub contractor for a large company but quickly realized the company offered bait and switch pricing to get customers to book appointments and that I was up to sell it. I did not agree with this tactic so my wife and I decided to start our own company which is based on honesty, hard work, and fair prices. We have now been in the industry for over 20 years
